Ideas, shaped and delivered.

I help turn promising ideas into clear, credible and deliverable work. Whether it’s a new course, a training offer, a strategic initiative or a project that needs fresh direction, I bring structure, insight and momentum to move it forward. I combine creative thinking with research and practical development, so ideas don’t just stay as concepts, they become something you can actually build, launch and grow. Clients work with me when they need clarity, stronger thinking and a realistic route from ambition to delivery.

Recent clients include Pangaea Sculptors Centre, Forward Institute, Global Banking School, P3 Talent and Supermassive Games.

  • Turning strategy into delivery

With more than 20 years’ experience across higher education, the creative industries and cultural projects, I work with organisations that want to move from possibility to delivery. My role is often to bring clarity, shape and momentum to ideas that matter.

My background began in multimedia design, and that creative instinct still runs through everything I do. I combine strategic thinking, creative insight and practical development to help build courses, programmes, partnerships and projects that are both ambitious and achievable.

I care most about work that has purpose: future skills, access, innovation and creating better opportunities for people and organisations.

I’m at my best when an idea has potential but needs a clear direction, a stronger shape and the right support to make it happen.

I’m also a Fellow of the RSA, reflecting my commitment to social innovation and widening opportunity.

I’m based in the West Midlands and work nationally. Outside work, you’ll usually find me in a BodyCombat class.
